I was wondering if anyne had any tips for making a weight gaining shake.
I'm currently drinking my own shake which consists of Frozen Berries, semi-skimmed milk, yoghurt, honey, peanut butter, protien powder and chocolate spread. And that has roughly 900 calories.
Does anyone have a recipe that has more calories in?
Yeah, these things will be far more to do with your actual diet than you'd realise - a shake will help but ultimately everything you put in your mouth is gonna count. There'll be countless things about nutrition on the web so you're best off having a browse around. One thing i've been told in the past was to make all your meals 40/40/20 - ie. 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat.
