Ok then just offer him a 3 year deal at 30k a week and the clause to leave if we don’t get promoted, problem solved, he gets a lower prem team player wage (which is who would buy him) and he gets a way out.He’d get 40 grand a week as a squad player in a premier league club and a 3 or 4 year deal and if he leaves for free he’d be able to negotiate even more
