Obviously why it was only 80% done. The other £2k was in the 20% negotiations not yet complete!
Might be that hamer and his agent have been dragging their feet waiting for Fulham. Who knows ?! Said before I wouldnt blame him, deserves a crack at the big time although would be great if we could get one more year out of him even if he signs a new deal with reasonable release clause for end of season
