I have just applied for the job and feeling very confident in being chosen as the successful applicant.

The club have already been made aware of my extensive experience in academy recruitment.

My Qualifications for this job are as follows:

Recruitments such as Cherno Samba, K
ennedy Bakircioglu, Pirlo, Vialli, Batistuta.

After 18 years I moved up with my experience to Football Manager.

My Qualifications for this job are as follows:

Football Manager winner 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015.

Recruitments such as Neymar, Bale, Odergaard, Armstrong.

Good luck in your own interviews with the club, but the job is mine!

Currently we have Maddison, Willis, Burge, Phillips, Thomas and Haynes in the squad from the acadamy but I'd argue only Willis and Maddison are good enough at this level.

Other players like Christie and Wilson moved on as were too good for the club.

It would be great if we could have maybe 4 or 5 really solid first team players involved week in, week out from the academy but it's not easy to do.

This is for a new Head of Recruitment (Scout) previously held by some dumpy fella who has now joined Birmingham.

Richard Stevens is the Academy Manager.

Yes his name was Carl McNally and he was a big Birmingham fan and got offered the same role there (on presumably a better wage).
