does anyone know if & how i can contact anyone at the club about tickets that i ordered online for brentford game but have not received them, just after i ordered them the ticket website crashed so i didnt get confirmation email, the money has gone out of bank and i have printed receipt from club website, every time i ring i just get annoying music, does anyone know if i would get any joy by going to ryton, thanks for your input.

Go to the matchday ticket window with your receipt...it was open last week for collections and I picked up my tickets ok....good luck.

I had the same problem, but I can see I did actually purchase them by looking at my order history, so if the don't arrive I expect to pick them up on Saturday.....

just got a call from ticket office and they said they had problem with printer but are posting out tickets today, if they dont arrive we should go to ticket window and they will re-print them on saturday.

I mailed them, said my tickets should be with me tomorrow....
