I hover around the 12 stone mark, it's clearly the place to be.
The heaviest I've ever been is around 13.5 stone, which wasn't exactly fat but then you realise that you're over a stone heavier than man mountain Didier Drogba, you feel inadequate. Luckily I'm a better footballer than him so I wasn't completely disconsolate.

Back down to 10.5 is my aim overall, but I'm at the point where I can slob out and stay around 12 so I've knocked that average down nicely.
