Ian Holloway claims Premier League chiefs want to see the back of him and Blackpool.
The Tangerines boss is angry at the league's warning to Sir Alex Ferguson not to help their survival bid by playing a weakened side at Old Trafford.
A livid Holloway claims they have insulted Fergie and himself and reckons they would be glad to be rid of him come 6pm on Sunday.
Ollie says they would be "relieved" to see Blackpool relegated because of all the stick he has given them this season.
"Already our division is saying Blackpool can't beat Man United," fumed Holloway. "I don't see that. I saw Reading beat Cardiff on Tuesday when they weren't supposed to. What nonsense.
"It does us a massive disrespect - and to say that any team Sir Alex Ferguson puts out is weaker, I'd like to see that. Ask Schalke if they thought that was a weak [United] team that beat them. It's just nonsense again.
"They will be relieved if we lose and we're out and I won't have to keep badgering them - all these people who don't do their jobs very well.
"I think they will be relieved because I won't then be sat here saying what I am today. Why do we need a statement saying that Manchester United might be fined if they lose to Blackpool? I take that a bit personally."
The League's controversial E20 rule on teams playing strong sides is a sore point with Holloway, as he was fined earlier this season for fielding a much-changed side against Aston Villa.
He feels the Premier League are pre-judging Sunday's game and have decided that Blackpool can't win at Old Trafford unless United break the rules by playing an under-strength side.
Holloway insists any side Fergie picks from his 25-man squad is strong, because of the riches at his disposal.
"I'm gutted when I read that they will be fined if Blackpool win," he said. "What if they play a weakened team and win? Will they still be fined? What if I had played a weakened team at Aston Villa and won? Would they still have fined me?
"Weird, isn't it? So what they are saying is they might fine Man United if we beat them, whoever they pick. Crazy, isn't it?
"When we played them here and were 2-0 up, who came off? Wayne Rooney. Who came on? Hernandez, who scored. Who also was playing? Berbatov. Were they their reserves?
"We could have beaten their full team down here, because we were 2-0 up and got refused a blatant penalty on Luke Varney. But now people are saying we cannot beat them, and I just can't see that. It is massively disrespectful to us.
"They are the best team in the country, and have been for years and years. They are totally fantastic in every game they play. And yet they could get fined because the team they're facing is rubbish.
"The suggestion is that they should always beat us because we're supposed to be crap. Don't try telling me that. Aren't we capable of winning?"
