Do many away fans go into Dhillon's these days?
Saw 1 Stoke shirt, probably a few others without colours on keeping themselves to themselves

Sadly it looks like normal service is resumed next week.
The Sky+ games they're not there; they're commentating on the television pictures. Some games on Sky+ and ifollow all you can hear is the commentators.
Take me home, blah blah blah, West terrace blah blah blah.....
Look how great the West Terrace was here!!
Can you hear the Telegraph Stand sing? No, no! Can you hear the Telegraph Stand sing? I can't hear a fucking thing!Think what's missing is the entire ground getting involved.
At wembley it felt like songs came from all sections
At CBS it's singers corner and yesterday it reached around a bit further than normal but not past the corner flag on other side of main stand
Be good if we had another singers corner type section behind the goal
Strange how it moved over the years, but originally it was up the back of block 30 where we used to have the singers when we forst moved in. Think I gradually moved over to be closer to the away fans then the Telegraph Stand wasn't in use for many many season in lowly L1 and 2Think what's missing is the entire ground getting involved.

Wembley = Special occasion and all that. People just go crazy and let their hair down for 90/120 minutes (bit like when they go on holiday and suddenly become the life and soul of the party) but then have a peculiar ability to revert back to silence/occasional mumble for the next nine months.Think what's missing is the entire ground getting involved.

To be fair, I was sat in FZ North stand for the Portsmouth game (this season either South stand or block 17) and there were occasional brief outbreaks of joining in but nothing that's gonna raise an outhouse roof.I think it is perception from where you are sat in the ground. I felt there was decent noise at times coming from different areas yesterday and I sit pretty central.
Like at Highfield Road, if you were in the West End it sounded incredibly loud. But if you you were down the other end the West End always sounded muted and muffled, because the volume got trapped in under the stand.

Previous to this season I had either ST or POG for North stand and there really isn't a great deal going on.
I get that singing isn't for everyone but even 10% would generate something, alas its closer to 2%![]()
That's great but what about afterwards?I can tell you that for WLADITT the whole ground is singing !
That's great but what about afterwards?
So why would anybody want to emulate that?I have been to Anfield and Old Trafford numerous times and both have been like a morgue.
Yeah I don't do the Saka song. Can't believe there wasn't a single outbreak of 'I do like to be beside the seaside', yesterday.Mostly when it’s a song everyone knows and can understand it gets pretty far tbf. Stuff like the Saka song or whatever don’t do well, but Haji Wright Wright Wright or whatever doesnOK.
No, great song! Not for my want of trying. I did get some odd looks, Same too for my re vamping of the Psychedelic Furs - 'Albion, you're pretty shit in pink'!
Am I just a bit too old for this?
Yes, I was there as a child and can only remember seeing one other City fan around us.Is that the west terrace bloody hell
Told youGet another easy cup run to Wembley and that connection will magically reappear (for a bit)
nonsense, the atmosphere before was good even at times when we weren't greatThe atmosphere has been fine since the product on the pitch improved, crazy that - Almost like it had nothing to do with moving the away fans
you do know "shitty in pink" works much better for that song? no need to crowbar any syllables in.Yeah I don't do the Saka song. Can't believe there wasn't a single outbreak of 'I do like to be beside the seaside', yesterday.

I think that’s a stretch. The atmosphere earlier in the season was mediocre to say the least. It’s almost always in sync with how the team is playing.nonsense, the atmosphere before was good even at times when we weren't great
yeah but earlier in the season the away fans had still be moved so not sure what that has to do with anythingI think that’s a stretch. The atmosphere earlier in the season was mediocre to say the least. It’s almost always in sync with how the team is playing.
