Where's the £undisclosed option?
I can't see us keeping either, so this is what I'd go for. Think we'll be short changed though.I’ve gone £10-15m on the assumption we sell both Hamer and Vik so if we spend less than £10m I’d feel short changed.

Sign the contract gussssI’ve also gone with between £5 -£10m. Sadly Vik will go and with at least 7 clubs already expressing their interest in signing him, it can only go in our favour when a bidding war commences. We can never replace his style of play, but we need to recruit 2 strikers who will get at least 20+ goals between them. Massive transfer window on the horizon. Give Gus what he wants, make him captain and build a team around him. PUSB

Why would you want the club to announce how much we’ve got to spend/are prepared to spend on players to other clubs?I really hope with SISU gone we can get rid of that bullshit now

Surely if there are a lot of clubs interested the fact there’s only one year left is negated?I’d expect us to get £17m for Vik and £8m for Hamer. I think they are both worth more but their contractual situation will dilute what clubs will pay and what we will accept, given the risk associated with them running the contracts down.
I think Doug will make 50% available to MR and invest a bit in the training facilities too.
Robins will try to spend around 75% of his budget but leave some back for January.
Vik and Hamer are only goal threat really and therefore replacing them will be exceptionally hard. Robins as seen how far having a tight defence can take us and again I think he will focus on securing a strong defence this summer.
I expect Panzo to stay, hope McNally signs too, and for 2 more central defenders to join.
we need 2 RWB’s and another LWB if Bidwell leaves, and I think he will.
I think Robins has noticed we lack pace and power in our forward options and I expect him to try to correct that this summer.
I understand your point but I’m not sure that’s how the football model works.Wages will be the limit. Spend big and those players will want high wages. I think the wage bill is likely to be similar to last season perhaps a little higher but we'll be paying Frasers' more for the ground too. If you start spending transfer income on the general budget then you have to keep selling...
