again mark you are assuming that the club is the one of many shitsu's companies that will buy the ricoh when shitsu themselves are not saying 1 way or the other and history tells me it means it wont be the club who are owners. Shitsu could quite easily put this to bed by doing something they love to do, make a statement and they haven't.

you also said in your previous post that ACL haven't put any effort in since administration. not strictly true, you seem to have forgotten Ann Lucas's very public invitation's (1 before the admin process finished and 1 after) to meet joy woman to woman. what did joy do? trip over herself in her rush to meet her? No! she instead opted to meet Nikki Sinclair and Les Ried, she may as well have met me as i have the same influence in getting a resolution sorted for the club to return to the ricoh. joy has the opportunity to talk with someone who is in a position to help steer the club north on the M1, join the M6 and get of at junction 3 and has chose not to do so on not 1 but 2 occasions. talk is cheap, shitsu may have been talking the talk since the admin process has finished but they haven't been walking the walk.

and don't get me started on a new ground, no plans, no land purchase, no chance.

They hinted at discussions with ACL, but SISU have said they want to talk to the Council as Chris West doesn't have enough authority, so it's dependant on the council.

So the question is can they clear 100 million.

If the answer is no then it is highly unlikely they will build a new stadium

When Timothy was questioned on who would own the new ground he replied he didn't know. If the ground would have been owned by the club he would have said so. This leads me to believe that the Ricoh would be the same.

So by saying it didn't make sense to sell at the bottom of the cycle it means they want to sell? Everything has a price at the end of the day but isn't that twisting? I thought she had actually said the words they want to sell.

Best put pressure on the council to give them the Ricoh for a very cheap price. Then they'll sell.

It wouldn't surprise me if Fisher was not included in negotiations as he is a liability to negotiate a deal.

However I suppose I am jumping ahead as their no deal is in place to buy the stadium, maybe this conversation would be better had should CCFC/SISU buy the Ricoh..

Who owns Ryton ?
Maybe this will give some clues as to how Sisu react with an asset !!!
Now we know for a fact it was mortgaged at least once by them !!
Also they have borrowed money from Arvo who had if still do a charge over it !!

SISU have placed all debts at CCFC's door, Management fees, anything financial the football club is paying back "Fees" to one or any of the many arms of SISU. Arvo being the biggest. How else would they claim to be owed £70m+ by the club.

She has always said that, this is an investment and the intention has been and always will be to sell and make a profit.

We would have to be making massive yearly profits or her investor (s) would have to be life long due hard city fans who live and breath the club and are happy to lose 100 million, if the intention was not to sell.

Of course they intend to sell. They are a hedge fund and that is what they do. Prior to doing that however is the matter of making the club profitable. In order to do that they have to cut costs, increase turnover and generally make the business more attractive to potential buyers. The first of these pre-requisites is on course but the second is.......well........totally off course and they know it. It will come about by returning to the Ricoh (which I doubt) or building their own stadium thus obtaining all income streams. We have not heard of any land purchase or plans for this new stadium which leads me to the conclusion that no such plan exists.

No Grendel, just pointing out that ACL had made money, and that the council bought the mortgage to protect the ground from vultures. If ACL now stop paying the motgage the council take outright control. Its an investment, they receive the mortgage repayments. Conspiracy theories and all that, SISU disstressing ACL now it (the ground) is protected! Unless the right offer is made!
