I would expect it to be an asset of Coventry City Holdings Ltd. personally. I don't think they have ever suggested buying it under any guise other than the football club.

I agree with you. It would be interesting to see the original set of safeguards put in place when the arena was built. Perhaps they were the safeguards that meant sisu would not be viewed as fit and proper for the ownership of a community asset. I am surprised that the council are holding on to it though?
