Depends on how far it can realistically be developed imho. If it turns out that 12,000 is the maximum capacity there then we'd basically be setting ourselves sup as a League 1/Championship yo-yo team. Clearly there's the benefit that we could potentially own the place (or a share of it) but i'd be too wary of the potential for us to become 'trapped' there.
