Based on how most of us feel regarding SISU, although some refused to watch whilst Marlon (who is a saint by comparison) was playing for us, would you want investment at any cost?
For me he could have Peter Sutcliffe on as Cheif Executive and Dennis Nielson as Life President if we can get back to the Premier League, but I suspect I'm in a minority of one and probably says more about my personal moral compass
I was going to make a thread on a similar topic to this, beat me to it! Do people care who owns the club as long as we survive and push towards the promised land? A Russian tycoon who has bribed, blackmailed and murdered all opponents to make it to the big time? A Chinese entrepreneur whose lowly employees work in horrific conditions for 18 hours a day? A Bahrain royal family member who continues to dish out human rights abuse to his people so he can maintain his grip on the wealth of the nation?
How much would your morals bend to allow your local club to thrive?

Absolutely not ok, the original post was meant a bit of tongue in cheek, but wanted to gauge the reaction and SBM made some valid points regarding Abramovic and some of the Chinese investors.
Its a bit like the conversation I guess many of us will have had with our mates at the pub regarding would you do x for £1m? Once you've established that you would do whatever that deed was for £1m, then the next question is how low you would actually go. Sometimes depending on the scenario and present circumstances, a much lower figure if genuinely offered, could I'm sure, get us to do a multitude of things which we believe are not right.

lol i do like your posts Rob. I have played that game in the pub many times and I always seem to be the one willing to do the most for the least cash haha guess im just greedy...
No, and frankly I wouldn't be thrilled if a free-spending billionaire with a clean track record became the new owner of CCFC. I want a football league with a level playing field, where the best combination of brains, effort and skill wins out - not the owner with the fattest wallet; that's a hollow victory. We're now in a position where many fans would choose not to support the club because they consider ownership more important. Sad days.
