Ifollow password update (1 Viewer)

Anyone else having trouble resetting iFollow password? No combos, devices, browsers, or cleared cache working for me...any ideas?

I had the same problem until I changed the symbol in my password to include a # and I was finally able to renew my account. It's worth trying.

I had earlier e-mailed them (twice) to report the problem and request help, but of course received no reply.

I had the same problem, tried it several times just wouldn’t work. Gave it one more go a few days ago and it worked!

Go to the CCFC website and click on ifollow and it should prompt the PW change there. That’s what I ended up doing as the ifollow app no longer appears to work.

Oh and they’ve updated the password criteria so it has to have a symbol now whereas it didn’t before.

I've paid £5 for the audio commentary for years now.
Anybody any idea if I'll still be able to get that!?
Is ifollow pretty much the same as it has been!?
Will be in/around the Bay of Biscay on Saturday so wondering what my viewing/listening options might be!!!

Yeah, I had the same problem yesterday and gave up temporarily. Could neither use the old password nor reset the damn thing.

Basically, you have to put a number, capital letter and a symbol in your password otherwise it says “failed to verify account” which is a bit shit / unhelpful.

Offered me a match pass/stream. Paid 11 Euros, now only letting me listen!?
Any tips/advice!?

Not sure. Probably not I'd say. Royal Caribbean cruise ship.
Not an ifollow user usually - like I said. Offered and let me pay for a video stream - then when I went on, only audio available 🤷

My puter very nearly went out the window last night in anger trying to re register with Ifollow. It wouldn't accept my email address as being valid, even though it was sending me a pin number to said address to reset my bloody pass word. :mad:

The quality of this season is a lot better than previous years. It looks like there will be a pretty big price hike for it next season.

Where does Starlink report your IP address as? I wonder if it changes.
Thought this. We were travelling up the west coast of France, although getting quite close to the tip.
The fact it offered it to me, in Euros, made me think it would be nailed on!!
Anyway - besides the point, they haven't replied to any of my emails since Saturday the 10th August!!

Did you reply to the automatic reply email that gets sent?

Yes! Twice!
Fuck knows. I wrote to them the other week and heard back within 24 hours. I'd keep trying and give them a deadline to reply and tell them you will be taking it further if you don't hear anything. I did that before after not getting a reply and they replied pretty sharply.

They may suspect you're using a VPN, which is why they're not replying.

They say they reply if you’re logged in when you send the request. It worked for me after a few emails weren’t answered.
