I'M FREEZING - not me but my laptop (1 Viewer)

Purchased A Samsung nr511 8gb RAM etc, very pleased but it keeps freezing quite regularly when changing screen choices ie switch on e Mail but when I highlight E Mail message it wont move unless i come out of it and go back in ???

My browser is Googlechrome by the way

I have found chrome does it a lot, have you tried it on another browser as a test?

Have you tested for spyware, get malware bytes and ccleaner and run them and it will clean up some unneeded crap.

Toolwiz care is a freeware program that is useful for uncluttering and fixing. The best freeware I've found for years.
