As generous as I can be, can't see them getting more than 5 pts from that run of fixtures

Potentially a bit weird…. But I have Just spent what can only be described as a very uplifting and enjoyable 15 minutes reading their forum. I rarely look at other clubs forums but there is just something so rewarding about seeing that club start to disintegrate after years of playing the system to their own advantage. Lots of comments to pick out but this one made me just feel good. It’s a hollow club devoid of morales and they are finally reaping exactly what they deserve.

“Got to think Top, Rudkin and the rest felt it wasn't worth trying to stay up this year, too expensive. Resigned to double relegation, with big hit from EFL as a way of clearing out the big contract players. 5-10 years before we"re back. Oldies like me may never see them in top flight again.”

Haha… just seen this and gone and started another Leics demise thread. Fuck them… they are falling apart from the inside out and from the top down. Not heard much about the huge stadium expansion plans… would look great in League 1 though.

To be fair, I don't think Morales ever played for them.

Nothing more delights me as a Leicestershire resident as to see this lot getting their just deserts. Their hatred and obsession with us has been an ever present.
All that said though, there is a more macabre look to the Prem table right now that demonstrates more than ever the growing gap between the top league and its feeder. I’m just not sure I could bare to watch my beloved Sky Blues getting battered every week if we did scrape up.
Between the 3 promoted teams from last year they have 9 wins in total and 160+ goals conceded 😱

In terms of what they've done as a club, they're no worse (or indeed better) than pretty much any other club.

And reasonably similar to us in terms of historic size, fanbase, success, etc.

*i'm no fan of them and will be delighted if/when they are relegated.

they literally don’t think about us at all
They don't at the moment. They have more interesting things to think about. But if we don't get promoted this season they will make sure to let us know how we see them as our biggest rivals and don't care about us. Just like several other sides do.

You really revel in a bit of schadenfreude. 😁
