You see I lived in this huge posh mansion. I was paying. £1,500 a month to reside in it.

Always was an off arrangement as the landlord used to charge people to park in my drive and pocketed the cash. Oh well. Anyway after a while I stopped paying. He got a bit cross and and then his friends said they'd be better off without me as they could get lots more rent from short term tenants anyway.

Well then they came round the other day and begged me to come back for £150 a month!

Bargain at first I thought. Then I thought, that must be its worth and I've been paying 10 times their estimated value for 8 years. I'm after a rebate.....

Grendel are you pissed or what? That is the worst written post I have seen from you.

But on the content of you post, what a load of tosh. I believe what ACL are trying to do is trying to show people like you and other SHITSU followers (including the FL) that what they have been spouting about how the rent and F/B are so important, is a load of crap. All they really want is the Arena for feck all.

I'm the landlord btw, You've tried to steal my mansion not paid any rent for well over a year, yet I didn't kick you out. You also ruined my 100m x 65m carpet at least once a fortnight letting your 11 kids and their 11 mates tear it apart with muddy football boots, yet I never asked you to replace said carpet. Your younger kids vandalised my personal gym, and never replaced or had the equiptment fixed.....AND YOU are fucking UNHAPPY?!?!?

Well regarding the spelling I'm on my phone with contact lenses in so that's a consequence, I can't see.

Worst thing about it though was a few weeks ago they came round and said £450 take it or leave it. Glad I didn't take it! Thing is though I was threatening to take them to court as they had some dodgy loan to bail them out. They then said I can agree to take the £150 but drop the court action.

They've got something to hide I think. Do you?

This is exactly what to expect with a landlord like SISU.

Oh, and if you had your contact lenses in, you would have realised that you were living in a slime pit rather than a mansion (not that you would know the difference).

CCFC negotiated a rental contract, they signed a contract. Sisu came in and did due diligence. they signed over the contract. Sisu said virtually nothing for 3+ years about rent. Then they got us relegated, halved our gates, sold our assets, increased our debt, didnt file accounts and got us transfer embargos. Then the rent became a dire issue and everything was ACL's fault.

Sisu are the problem.

unfortunately for you you only rented the mansion 1 day a fortnight and then only a couple of rooms that didn't include the guest rooms , like a hotel, and some very large halls that others payed for nearly every day of the week.

And just as an aside you didn't rent the driveway either but a least you could have eaten at 1 of our fast food outlets that are open next to your field you occasionally camped in.

To be fair you were popular then as 20,000 used to come and visit you every other week, you are obviously doing something completely wrong as now half your visitors don't seem to like your way of living

Funny thing is though every two weeks or so I hold a garden party. You all come and you seem ever so happy. I even let sky blue kid come (as long as the neighbours are away) and even the abusive non league fellow.

I'm even charitable and allow sky blue John and Hugh to attend on their day release days. Why, I've even allowed dadgad in once but the odd chap seemed obsessed with the worms in the garden.

The odd thing is though, you seem to want to come but you only seem interested in what the landlord wants........

The rent problems existed long before SISU took over (ask Geoffrey Robinson?), it was far to high when set in 2003 on a "take it or leave it basis", so I'm led to believe! That's the main reason the Club went 'Bust' and only SISU were on hand to 'bail them out' at the 11th hour + 59 minutes.

GET A GRIP or just look up the history please!!!!!!!!!!
