Winning mentality? Perhaps. He just seems more like a browbeater to me, the type to get the dressing room resentfully whispering behind his back rather than being inspired to give their best. I know he wouldn't be popular in all quarters, but I'd bet on Dion Dublin being a likelier candidate to instil belief throughout the squad.
