Help please!

We have 3 season tickets none of who have ever watched a game on ifollow. The QPR & Bournemouth games were on Sky so we didn't register but need to ahead of the Swansea and Blackburn games next week. What do we have to do? I just tried to register an ifollow account but it wants to charge me £10 to watch the game when it's already included within our membership.

I've not seen any instructions from CCFC but could have missed them.

Thanks in advance.

I think you just log into ifollow using the email address linked to your supporter number before the game mate. Should be all set up ready to go.

As far as I'm aware, you just sign up/log in to ifollow with the same email address as your season ticket account, and then you sign in to ifollow an hour or so before the match starts.
Someone will correct me if I'm wrong!

Go to this page:
If you see your name in the top right rather than sign in / register then you have an ifollow account. You need to make sure your ifollow account is the same email address as your ticketing account.

Then I think it will change before kick off so instead of the buy match pass option you will see an option to view the stream.

Thanks all - what's concerning me and I guess I'll have to email them, is that I bought dad's season ticket with mine in the same transaction so he won't have access and will have to come round mine to watch it. He may well do that anyhow but if he doesn't have the option to watch on his own device we may as well have only paid for one season ticket. Not to concerned on my daughters as that at was only £25 anyhow.

You might find he has his own ticketing account which was at some point linked to yours so you could buy his ticket. I can buy tickets for my Dad on my account but he also has his own account.

How did you do that? I had to create accounts forboth my daughters to buy theirs because I couldn’t have multiple people on. Are you sure your dad doesn’t have an e-ticketing account?

Wondering if I'm not understanding this properly. Bought my match package but never had ifollow, followed the link as per above but when I go to register for an ifollow account, it is asking me for payment, am I being thick or is there something else I should be doing, any help most appreciated

FYI you can also watch the Swansea match on sky using the red button on the football channel

all midweek matches should be available that way. Will also be on sky sports app
