The gain is the sum assigned to it if it was constructed in the manner described but assume that it only becomes a gain on realisation . More likely that it's just a DL.

Yeah I agree. We don’t want to ruin the next window panicking now. If we can’t get the high fees for Milan. Keep him here. Sign a CB or just use loans and get to the summer.

Think we’ll have a rebuild this summer and would rather be ready for that.

Two of them I would very loosely call “goalkeepers”

Would Bassette not be exempt as he’s under 21?

could we not just deregister Tyler

Would add Bassette doesn’t count towards due to him being under 21

I would offload Collins, higher wages most likely get a fee and we know he’s never going to be good enough.
 
Hudds have just spent up to £3m on Joe Taylor (Luton striker who scored the disallowed goal at Wembley), unlikely they’re hard up for cash re. Helik

Cant we just u register a keeper or two? And Tavares for that matter.
 
Bassette counts as a squad member (even though he's under 21) because he not counted as a home grown player.
"All that is required to qualify as home grown player is to have been registered with any club affiliated to the FA or the FA of Wales for at least three seasons or 36 months prior to their 21st birthday (or the end of the season they turn 21)".

Any under 21 player like Batwani, you're allowed an unlimited amount of under-21s on permanent contracts without registering them, but you would need to register any loanees among your 25 players, even if they're under-21s

Are you sure it is 1 in, 1 out for the whole squad or just certain positions. For example, it probably would make sense if we did a one in/out for CBs.

When we say ‘the money is gone’, is that for FFP budgeting or as a whole. I find it amusing that your source and Jimmy’s are on two completely different wavelengths and have competing narratives on the state of the club.

All fair points so il try be clearer

I'm under the impression it's 1 in 1 out across the whole squad. So for example if Tavares goes, we can then put that towards a CB or CM whatever

In regards to the cash, please bear with on this because he himself isn't fully clear on what's been said.

It's that Doug was getting in / hasn't managed to get over the line investors. Hence the belief that Frank would have cash to spend. Again, he's not fully certain and is trying to clear it up at the game tomorrow, that said investors haven't yet / won't materialise, hence the change of tack in recent weeks that's gone from myself and others on here hearing there's cash to spend, to now being on a 1 in 1 out basis.

Again that second part I'm hoping is clearer tomorrow, so no one hold onto that as if it's gospel
