I'd take it it basically Bertie with no upsideSky Sports reporting Blackburn have offered £1.75M for BTA
The silence is deafening, worrying really when it's so obvious we need bodies in.The pure ignorance on this thread of us potentially sleepwalking into a relegation battle is mad
Our 3 best players are out injured currently. 2 of them nowhere near returning yet
Before we know it we are another 8 games down. We need signings
Around £3m I think because that was the deal Hull had agreed with WBA and we must have at least matched it.How much did we pay for BTA?
We do obviously need signings but with the squad as it is and the underlying metrics, there's no chance we go downThe pure ignorance on this thread of us potentially sleepwalking into a relegation battle is mad

Who?A couple of posters who are overly negative about everything at the moment.

Spot on, feel sorry for him, he’s not had much of a chance, just unlucky that he’s in a position where there’s better players in front of him, more down to our crap recruitment, could have spent his fee on a position we neededListened to BTA last night at the Coundon Supporters evening, and you cant help but root for the guy... but then he goes through on goal and all of that is forgotten.
One thing I will say, is that he's not had a run of games in his best position, so it's hard to build up any rhythm. Watching the highlights from the WBA game last season, he looked a completely different animal to what we've seen, I fear the signing of Norman made him redundant however.
If we can move him on, and get in an actual right winger to rotate with Tats, then I'd do so, rather than trying to shoehorn him in on either flank.
Not a chance Doug accepts £1.75mill for BTA. We know the blokes to proud to take a loss of nearly 50% after 6 months.
You’re saying he’s a proven oneSellers market in January so I'm confident we can recoup most, if not all, of what we paid.
There are not many proven championship strikers available.
Just do it.Sky Sports reporting Blackburn have offered £1.75M for BTA
Would it?1.75 million for BTA and 2 million for Lati would be brilliant business
Blackburn have bid for Asante then... 1.75m
