West Brom are skint, parachute payments expired before last season, they had a wage bill of £46m to try and cut, you'd think realistically it would need to to around half that.

They don’t post anything regarding incomings as they have an agreement with the club to wait for the official press release. They receive details of the transfer on the day prior to the announcement.
