Why is a professional footballer running scams and selling consumer electronics for double retail price over social media? Shouldn't his focus be solely on recovering and getting back to full fitness? Seems to me his eye is about as far off the ball as it can be. I take that as a sign he's finished.
PratI have a feeling the deluded people thinking Jodi could do a job at this level are the same ones who can’t see how poor O’Hare is in the vast majority of games.
P.S. Jodi’s raffle is not for charity. He’d make a point of mentioning it if it was.
No-one does. That's why he's still single. Why do peop!e fall for wum posters like this
Didn’t you order your wife online?No-one does. That's why he's still single.
I get why the rest of us are here because shouting bullshit at strangers is cathartic but I don’t know why you’d want to read our nonsense.Don’t post here that often as I’m more of a reader but he is raffling off a ps5 with the money going to charity. The money is not for him
I do often wonder how people can read all this, and not be in the slightest bit motivated to want to say how ridiculous you all are.I get why the rest of us are here because shouting bullshit at strangers is cathartic but I don’t know why you’d want to read our nonsense.
I did, but they sent me the wrong one.Didn’t you order your wife online?
And then I think, you have only been posting the since December, so how on earth would you know that?Didn’t you order your wife online?
I just like the thrill. Wake up log in and see who I’m going to have a run in with today.I do often wonder how people can read all this, and not be in the slightest bit motivated to want to say how ridiculous you all are.
Lockdown probably doesn't help. We've all forgotten what it's like to be punched in the face.I just like the thrill. Wake up log in and see who I’m going to have a run in with today.
I could blame lockdown but we’ve all been doing it for years.
It's a raffle - he's not selling it for over retail price. The winner gets a PS5 for £20*. Everyone else has taken a punt at getting one for £20 and been unsuccessful. Like buying a lottery ticket. No idea the reason why he's doing it, either for personal gain or altruistically, but whatever it is it's his right. If he wants to make a bit of money and he's able to why not? Loads of people/celebs with far vaster fortunes than him do this stuff all the time.
*unless one person buys all the tickets in which case they're a moron and should just go and buy a PS5.
Jodi has just turned 23 not 33 plenty of time to sweep all his previous injury problems under the carpet - Having watched his brilliant never say die positive attitude i personally think he will end up in the premiershipI see his latest Instagram business endeavour is to raffle off a PS5 - 60 tickets for £20 a pop. Actual console costs £450.
Shady at best and stinks of desperation.
IMO we're best just calling it a day with him now. Barely played since L2 and I honestly think even if he could come back and remain injury-free for a prolonged period, he's not good enough to cut it at Championship level.
Love itLockdown probably doesn't help. We've all forgotten what it's like to be punched in the face.
Does he or does he not get a £1200 for a £525 console?
Is that or is that not how a raffle is supposed to work? The person raffling it off gets a decent profit but all those people that enter stand a chance of getting something markedly below its true value. Most won't get anything but you enter knowing that's the likely case. Just like buying a lottery ticket.
It's only a scam if he then doesn't deliver the PS5 to the winner or if the winner is deliberately hnd-picked (i.e. someone he knows),
That's not the point is it, he is still getting twice as much money than it is worth at market values.
That is the point
So...he’s an effective capitalist?
Don’t see how it’s any different from literally any other raffle or lottery.
Ask he’s taking the risk of no one buying a ticket and he’s stuck with a PS5. Alright it’s a low risk but still.
