Yeah well with the club being run the way it is I should imagine staff retention is going to become a problem (if it isn't already) and not just on the playing side.Jones is a kid, playing in the wrong side at the wrong time. He has bags of ability, but he clearly needs to develop. We have seen glimpses of it - he turned the game on its head at Wycombe, but its all too fleeting. Tbf it'd probably have gone over my head anyway JHFC.Ha ha. .I'm such a tit.... If I'm honest I wasn't paying too much attention at the time.... basically I was in love with him as a kid cos he was so so much better than anyone I'd ever seen before.....
