Best I've ever seen him play in that first half. He made playing football look easy.

Not taking anything away from him, but play makers need movement from other players, they need options...we have those players now. It often isn't about tactics it is about players having the confidence to want the ball and making the runs to get the into areas where they can be given the ball.

I've thought it for some time and it's been mentioned before but if we don't go up we have no chance of keeping him because he is championship level at a minimum. His role under other managers has been under appreciated as it was ineffective due to not having players ahead of him that could take advantage of his passing capabilities but under Mowbray he is really thriving. His passing is second to none on this league and he is even adventuring forward a bit more, maybe due to having confidence due to Vincelot next to him.

Yep. Easier to look good in a good team.

I'm not putting Fleck down at all, he's been outstanding and he's still only 23?

Teams will not be able to match up against the pace of Armstrong, Kent and Murphy so they will let Fleck have the space in front of them instead of leaving the space behind. This plays into what Fleck does best, ticks the ball over, he has always been a good player but with these added tools around him he will stand out.

Best player in this league for me.

Deserves to make the step up next season.

I'd be fuming if I was him, he's clearly class and his career has been put on hold two years by managers utilising him poorly in poor sides.
