We are on the eve of Shitzu's application for JR. As far as I can see they will lose out big time BUT what would happen if they were to win it? I assume that CCC would have to revert their decision on the loan and the Yorkshire Bank would again be on the scene. What a paper trail nightmare that would be!!!

I think the judge will be all ears while concentrating on his Times Crossword before deciding the oral account has no more mouth wash than the written application had a seal of approval in law.

Next!

If its just before lunch the judge will most probably be hungry so will dismiss it instantly.

Appealing the JR was a delaying tactic and designed to piss vr1 off.
Sisu have zero chance of winning this it was purely designed to distress ACL further and hope that CCC would relent.
M'lud may point all this out, as he did 1st time round and then put his black cap on......

i believe all that will happen is a court date will be set for official proceedings to begin if sh1tsu win. i don't believe the JR is even in a court room. more of a meeting to see if a judge will give the "case" the nod of being worthy of being allowed in a court room. in other words no laws have been broken so this is a civil case.

Didn't the last one just come out as a written judgement rather than a full court hearing?

Doesn't making claims of Illegal acts imply that a crime has been committed? If so who has committed the crime and what laws have been broken? As I understand it SISU are claiming that the loan to ACL is unlawful, but I wasn't aware that they were suggesting a crime had been committed. If they had evidence of Illegal acts shouldn't they have done their civic duty and reported them to the police?

The cynic in me would suggest that if individuals do something underhand against a business - that's fraud or theft or similar. If a business does something underhand against individuals - that's normal business practice or company policy or a "computer error"

ACL/CCC won't be crippled in legal bills if SISU continue to lose?! The only loser no doubt will be CCFC on whose debt pile the costs will be dumped !

Okay so I go onto http://www.judiciary.gov.uk/you-and-the-judiciary/going-to-court/high-court and tried to work out which court we would be in and thought it was the Chancery. So I looked on http://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/court-lists and I couldn't find us anywhere in the Chancery so I looked again and it's actually the queens bench division that would deal with it (http://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/court-lists/list-queens-bench). Looked there and could only find this that might be us:

INTERIM APPLICATIONS COURT
COURT 37
Before MR JUSTICE HOLROYDE
Thursday, 28th November 2013
At 10 o’clock
UNROBED
APPLICATIONS WITHOUT NOTICE

Is this us?

I told you lot nothing happens in court before 12!
I favour a decision today, they like to finish early on a Friday,
unless he drags it over so they can muck about Friday morning before making a quick decision and pee off for the weekend.

I think that would be it, they have had chance to gather evidence and state their case in person. Nobody can keep demanding court time for futile cases

Rather depressingly according to LR SISU can appeal again

Les Reid said:
I understand Sisu companies would be able to appeal if today's application is rejected. #CCFC #pusb
