So why mention about a taxi in 8 weeks time then??
Very strange...
It’s just the OP trying to vindicate the same post they made this time last year, nothing to see hereOne bad game and the knives are out already.
Very disappointing.
Bloody hell. Godden’s scored in 3 out of 4 games! What do you expect, just put Walker in?Thorn didn’t have £2.5m to spend on two players - one who sits on the bench
I believe we will stay up this season might be close to the drop but will survive.
Then hopefully we can push on from there.
We all knew our first 8 games would be tough.
One bad game and the knives are out already.
Very disappointing.
Why? He poured out the same shit last season.Listen to Grendel, just hear him out.

Only with this one idiot.
He's still embarrassed about getting it wrong last year.
Just ignore him, absolute tool who thinks he's right all the time, even when presented with clear evidence showing that he isn't.
Wh

My opinion for what it's worth.
i don't think Bournemouth were all that, we on the other hand played extremely poorly, as bad as i can remember in recent years.
I'd be very surprised if we played like that again, absolutely nothing came of for us.
Just a bad day at the office imo
Grendel with another wind up to get a reaction.
Rather than take a very short term view of our current status try considering the following:
1. Compare the Current team MR took over from Slade.
2. The lack of any strategic plan for the playing side under Slade in comparison to how the different levels of the club play now. Our teams have an identity and culture of how we play!
3. The value of the current squad , given that the club is run on a neutral cost basis, in comparison to the team MR inherited.
4. The Standard of the coaching and support staff now. All appointed by MR.
5. The fact we have been promoted twice in three seasons AND achieved promotion earlier than projected in the clubs plans without the resources of some competitors.
6. Every season we have improved through the year, partly due to new players taking time to adapt.... and this year we’ve had to cope with not playing between March & September.
MR deserves more respect from some on here rather than the snide sniping!
There is a serious point though. People seem to think certain players like Shipley and Sheaf are not at this level. I suspect robins isn’t at this level as a manager - time will tell
Fucking hellyou’ve been waiting a year for us to be comfortably beaten to post this. You can’t have been able to enjoy our success over the last year because you’ve been desperate to post something like this. Enjoy
In truth what I’m really getting at is the strange way people think
We’ve had threads on individual players who are it seems not good enough at this level (after a couple of games in one case)
We’ve had some players get a protection certificate if they get criticised
Some said we’d beat Bournemouth as they are it seems in decline
I’m told we have players who are worth millions and a couple are premier league quality
This is a mid table squad
Odd really

We could also look at your strange train of thought that strongly hints at getting rid of Robins by Christmas when elsewhere you’ve accepted that this season we’d be relegation favourites.
No I think we need to do whatever it takes to stay in this league on that I’m entirely consistent - the club will implode if we don’t
Literally you in another thread when I said we’re not going for promotion. Do you engage that grey thing inside your skull? No chance robins gets sacked even if we are relegated this promotion may have come too soon for us I for one believe we will stay up but it will be close...this forum proved last night we have far to many fans who actually think we will be challenging their expecting too much from this young team.
I agree but I am struggling to think of a justification for binning off Robins unless we are miles away
it's been pretty much forward momentum for the club since Robins returned. But no club keeps continually moving forward without occasionally taking a backward step.
I think too many clubs are quick to get shot of the manager when that first backward step occurs.
I'm hoping we resist that temptation if we do have a poor season.
I think Grendel is saying we need to stay up at all costs because our very survival depends on it and if that means binning Robins to get a new manager bounce to achieve it then so be it.
Personally I don't agree and I'm hoping that the owners can sort out the ground situation so a relegation doesn't jeopardise our existence.
Jesus Christ. I'm actually lost for words. As others have said let's get behind our fantastic manager and our young team learning the ropes in this league.
Did you make any post on the match thread this week Mr Hopkins or was the Norfolk internet not up to speed?
