Just wondering if anyone else has tried returning anything they have ordered and recieved from the Just Sports online CCFC Store?
I ordered some items, a couple of which that are too big. I've put in returns requests via my account, no reply as yet, not even an acknowledgement email (thought most places had auto ones set up.....).
Am now trying to send an online message via the 'contact us' page, and I can't seem to get past the security / I am not a robot type part of the form, despite me inputting the correct figures (numbers, letters etc), and checking this a number of times just to be sure!
Will try and ring them, but just wondered if anyone else has experienced issues with this.
Hi SW88 - Unfortunately there seems to be a technical issue with our captcha security which we have notified our web developer about. I do apologise that you have had difficulties using this function on the online store and our technical team are looking into a solution for this.
If you could please send the items you need to return to our Head Office with a covering letter letting us know if you need to exchange or refund please, and member of team will get this actioned for you as soon as possible. If you need any further assistance or want to check stocks for a replacement size, please e-mail us direct on: ccfcweborders@justsport-group.com and the lady who looks after the web orders will look into this for you.

I'm sure there is someone on here that must work at Tesco, but let's keep this to topic (or even better have it closed down; I'm happy I got my answer )
