What happens when objective one is achieved, i.e. Coventry returning to Coventry?

Does the NOPM end? I thought NOPM was about starving SISU out? Why is it relevant then where the club are playing?

In theory it should be when Coventry is back at the ricoh..

It started as NOPM while in Northampton( Starving them to come home) but some may wish to take it further.

I like most hate what they have done to our Club and fans but would return if we were at the Ricoh.
But I don't see that happening...Absolutely Gutted.

If SISU moved back to the Ricoh, I think many would simply call that objective achieved. Such is the overall division within large groups...a significant number of the remainder would then turn on their former fellow members of NOPM as their overall agenda is different - they want SISU out. The rest probably aren't quite sure exactly where they stand on the SISU-out side...it's football IN Coventry that represents the City.

I thought it was to back the 'SISU Out' concept; not making any club related purchases until we have a change of ownership.

At least that was my interpretation of it.

For me, the feeling of contempt for our owners is stronger than the urge to watch the team.

Your missing the main point that SISU have no intention to return to Coventry, which is why NOPM and KCIC are linked. KCIC will not happen till SISU have gone so in answer yes NOPM will end when Cov are back home.

They have every intention of coming back. They want the Ricoh on their own terms. Amazed people don't get that and think their preference is for the club to die a slow death in front of crowds of a few hundred (that's what they would be if they stayed permanently).

Really, we should all be calling for fresh talks between ACL and SISU - putting pressure on both sides, but we don't, instead it's all about causing SISU maximum damage. That seems to take precedence over a return to Coventry at the moment.

SISU want out but at the top of the cycle (TF).
Surely back in Coventry with some sort of ownership of the stadium will be top of cycle.

SISU and ACL need to restart this process quickly.
Obviously if SISU want it for nothing to maximise their return then they must realise now this will not happen.

same for me. i haven't made my mind up yet and i'm hoping i wont have to, i anticipate that shitsu going and a return to the ricoh will happen at the same time.

Poor old SISU !! What with turnover of around £1 million how will they justify their £2.6 million administration charges !

People do get that. The thing is I don't believe it will work. If ACL will find a new use for the stadium, ccfc are then left without any option of coming back to Coventry.

Fisher stated in was a gamble, if ACL survive then the club will not be able to come back to Coventry unless Sisu give in.

I respect your opinion on most things Ashdown, but I'm not sure how my post would provoke the response 'poor old SISU'?

I am merely saying that getting the club back to Coventry is the most important thing, and for that to happen there needs to be talks.

But talks can only revolve around the giveaway price SISU want to pay to acquire the Arena, surely that's fairly clear. Most of us don't want Ms Seppalla to undeservedly take control of a superb community asset in Coventry. They have proven to be untrustworthy liars at best, nothing has ever been their fault, this wouldn't be in the clubs long term interest unless they sold up almost immediately to someone who was not seeking a return on investment.

Surely we all know SISU's intentions by now?

Why did they bring the judicial review claim? Why did they reject a deal to keep the club in the city and more than quarter the club's income?

A very reasonable rent has been offered. One that is well below market value for a venue that has recently held Olympic football.

They want the freehold of the stadium and the club is merely their means of leverage.

I read a post on here blaming ACL for not giving them it!

What assurances do we have from SISU that they will unite the club and stadium? The very fact that they have willingly let the club's income and future income take such a hit should tell you how important it is to them.

Let's say they own the freehold then sell it on to another outside interest... What assurances do we have then? We could end up homeless again but this time with a landlord that doesn't want a football team as a tenant!
