Has the council agreed to this? Are the Ricoh Arena aware of this plan also
Has Labovich not tried ringing you numerous times??
An email to start with is probably the way forward. A response and the email itself is evidence that can be used. A phone call can be wriggled out of as he said she said.
Keep it up Michael.
Does it really matter whether a meeting is arranged via phone or email or even twitter as long as it's arranged.
It just looks really unprofessional to me, refusing to answer phone calls and why stipulate a response HAS to be via email when it's just as easy to have a few minutes on the phone and it's all sorted

Is Labovich allergic to email or was he just pulling everyones chain and just going to give this offer some lip service while not really being interested.
If ML is really interested he'll send an email with some dates to meet.
Michael, stick to your guns. If ML is only here for the club and isn't a sisu employee as he constantly says it's in his interest to send an email. Unless as I've already suggested he's pulling our collective chain.
I felt very fed up by the end of yesterday but it's a new day, the sun is shining so let's hope there is some good news to come. The Jan-ML episode shows perfectly why a phone call is absolutely not the way to progress this. No 'spin', no media 'tit for tat' just one email from sisu is all that's needed - it really is that simple. Everything else is just noises off
My opinion, as i don't know Micheal or anyone from KCIC..
ML knows that kcic want to have constructive talks not a phone call that can be denied or spun,, he also knows if Micheal picks up and declines to talk over the phone due to multiple people being involved ML can then state THEY REFUSE TO TALK... This is a very serious part of the clubs history and needs a bit more respect than its being shown...
Confirm a meeting or decline by mail,,, its easy honest and makes all included understand where each party stands... Open and honest the fans deserve, they don't deserve this spin or game being played out,, ML or Sisu reply to the email,,, easy...
Didn't Jan blind copy the telegraph in a private email?
I think the quote you're looking for is: "Mr Mokrzycki accused Mr Labovitch of trying to cause tension among fans and insisted Mr Labovitch had taken his comments out of context. Mr Mokrzycki said: “This is some sort of sad retaliation for us daring to suggest the idea of a forum to answer questions about the club’s finances. I think it was underhand of him to send it to so many people. It was a private conversation [emphasis added] and much of what he said was taken out of context or, frankly, not true."
But let's not get distracted by noises off - come on sisu, just send an email 'yes' and we can all start looking forward to CCFC v CCFC at the Ricoh!

Maybe they just want a chat before meeting for some basic details to see whether it is worth bothering
Look, just answer the fucking phone, then send him an email stating exactly what the offer is,with all bells and whistles attached.
Stop making statements to the press or anybody else, and get on the phone.

What matters is not what someone did in the past, learn from mistakes, both your own and those of other people.. the important thing here is to get evidence in print or it can be spun this way & that.
ML is a spin doctor.. do n not forget that..

Think the spinning is coming from a different direction on this occasion.
I don't think so. I see it as a campaign to get Coventry back home and it's a genuine offer. Whether it's any good is another matter as I don't know but I see it's authenticity.
Why sisu couldn't do a deal with ACL themselves is still beyond me. Why the need for a third party? Seems all a bit silly to me.
The offer made by kcic to sisu last week paves the way for the Sky Blues to kick off the new season back at the Ricoh, where Coventry City FC belongs. All that is required is for sisu to say ‘yes’.
kcic was delighted by yesterday’s news in the Coventry Telegraph that sisu wish to discuss the offer and informed sisu of dates this week and next when it is available to meet.
There has been far too much muddle and 'spin' in the CCFC saga so given the critical importance of the situation and the need for absolute clarity, kcic asked sisu to kindly reply by email (as was also mentioned in the offer letter).
An email confirming date, venue and time when sisu will meet kcic is awaited.
The Sky Blues CAN start the new season back at the Ricoh. All that is needed is one simple email from sisu and we desperately hope today will be the day that email is received.
Why not speak initially though?
Email not foolproof either, could be, "Oh, I didn't receive that, must have gone in my junk-mail folder" or something.
Quick phone call, confirm any meeting arranged or whatever by email, Bobs your uncle.
Really don't see what the problem is if really serious about it.
