Not a popular choice for other reasons but for me Les Sealey is next to Oggy and Glazier, I thought he was better than Blythe. Since Oggy retired we have had a succession of so-so goalies Hedman could be brilliant and then dodgy but I’ll agree Westwood when here was amongst the better ones, chased the dollar though but of a shame really but can’t blame him.
Arthur Lightening joined us from Nottm Forest along with Ronnie Farmer and Stuart Imlach, he was the star man in the early 60s I just about remember Lightening my old man always reckoned he was more than good enough to be a top level goalie but he had baggage apparently. Jimmy Hill flogged him to Middlesbrough just after he came for £11000 and that was a big fee in those days within a few months Lightening buggered off back to South Africa never to come back again, think crafty old JH knew something.
