It doesn't have to be immediately. The time of the year might delay it slightly. But it won't make much difference as the ban gets suspended until after the hearing because if it isn't and the player is cleared an innocent player would have been banned. How quickly is it likely to be looked at, I know fixtures come fast this time of year but surely from a natural justice perspective it has to be before the next match?
well Diaby was banned yesterday, so surely they will have looked at both together? It doesn't have to be immediately. The time of the year might delay it slightly. They only take a look if an appeal is made. Diaby had no chance so didn't appeal.well Diaby was banned yesterday, so surely they will have looked at both together?
I see Boosh is trying to derail another thread, I hope he gets fed up soon
All depends on if he wins the appeal or not.Maybe it would have been better to take this suspension now, means he will be back for the Leicester game.
Stick him on ignore and let him rattle on to his hearts contentwell Diaby was banned yesterday, so surely they will have looked at both together?

I thought the EFL panel would have come to a decision by nowStick him on ignore and let him rattle on to his hearts content
I've not been impressed by DaSilva , plus for a modern full back he's a bit short.I thought we missed him and Bidwell last night, not a fan of Dasilva too lightweight
Tends to dither on the ball at times and get caught in possessionI've not been impressed by DaSilva , plus for a modern full back he's a bit short.
Also when attacking cuts back a lot to slow down the momentum of the attack. Maybe he will improve in the 2 Nd half if the season.Tends to dither on the ball at times and get caught in possession
Their 2 Nd goal we had a big gap in our wall for their player to aim and score through. Have no idea what Allen was trying to do when he gave away the ball for their first goal.Swansea exploited his lack of height all match
I agree .Costly bit of indiscipline from Kitching. I certainly think we get 3 points if he’d played v Swansea.
Binks played well last night, but definitely missed Kitching’s leadership at the back.Costly bit of indiscipline from Kitching. I certainly think we get 3 points if he’d played v Swansea.
Costly getting pushed in the face and head-butted.Costly bit of indiscipline from Kitching. I certainly think we get 3 points if he’d played v Swansea.
Have you seen any evidence that he was indisciplined apart from the video after the game which was, to me, inconclusive? Genuinely interested rather than trying to call you out.I agree .
Depends what video evidence we were able to put together.Think both Thomas and this against SW are signs to just turn the dial down personally whatever our opinion they don't wash when it comes to the panel?
I didn't know it was Kitching doing the head butting.Costly bit of indiscipline from Kitching. I certainly think we get 3 points if he’d played v Swansea.
Well the referee saw it and gave a straight red. It’s then been reviewed and upheld so I’d say it’s fairly certain he did do or say something.I didn't know it was Kitching doing the head butting.
But on the bright side he will be rested when players will be knackered after games in quick succession.
Just couldn’t understand changing three defenders because of one player being out.Agree but just breaks our rhythm. I'm all for rotation in midfield and up top, but can't beat a solid and together back line and I'd rarely change it unless forced.
*arguably MVE occasionally because of how offensive he plays and his pace.
He wasn’t red carded for saying something.Well the referee saw it and gave a straight red. It’s then been reviewed and upheld so I’d say it’s fairly certain he did do or say something.
That’s right it was for head to head contact as in the fa citationHe wasn’t red carded for saying something.
Who is this Desilva?I would not be playing Desilva there again this season. I dint think he is a bad player but way to expose in that role. Pushed on i think he is ok, but last man, scary.

Sheaf did lost the ball when Southampton scored against us.he’s trying (failing) to control an absolute terrible pass from Sheaf inside our own penalty box.
Sheaf does tend to do that quite a lot by passing into tight space inside our own boxSheaf did lost the ball when Southampton scored against us.
Hopefully something he can work on and cut out .Sheaf does tend to do that quite a lot by passing into tight space inside our own box
I thought Binks was solid. Sheaf was culpable for both goals along with Collings for the second, as he didn't set wall up properly and then stood in the wrong position.Costly bit of indiscipline from Kitching. I certainly think we get 3 points if he’d played v Swansea.
Collins made up for that today.I thought Binks was solid. Sheaf was culpable for both goals along with Collings for the second, as he didn't set wall up properly and then stood in the wrong position.
