We didn't need a new manager
We don't need a new Formation
We don't need a new 11
We need consistency and time!
We need the same 11 playing week in week out, unless the odd man needs changing due to a bad performance and the back up man is chomping at the bit.......
The new players needed to be bedded in. We needed to wait more than 4 games in for that to happen!
Alas, unfortunately that did not happen and it is time to move on. The owners need to decide if they are sticking with Shaw or not, now not in two games time. If not get then get the new man in ASAP. If yes then announce it and be done with it.
Tell him this is his squad, no changes are to be made. Give it ten games and this squad will start to gel and will destroy this league.
We just need to stop this chop and change culture and get some consistency

I am worried that for some reason we assume the new players are good enough but we have yet to see is that is the case. The jury is very much out on the two french centre halves and both loanees. Furthermore McDonald is 26 and is he good enough - who knows? McSheffery some on here thought would have a field day in this league but sadly looks 30 going on 35. Kiilbane does look slow.
The new manager whoever he is has a huge challenge. Fans expect promotion. The new players are unproven and the existing players are proven at losing football matches. Also whoever it is will have negativity from some fans.
Wise - without Poyet he is useless
Ince - derided as he lost 9 on the bounce
Blackwell - What the man who got to championship play off finals good enough for us? No, negative football
Shaw - popular on Tuesday - out of the running on Saturday
Wilder - not a big enough name
Huge problems await. We are on a knife edge with funding likely to evaporate with no promotion this season. We are relying on a squad we no nothing about in a division we know nothing about.
I wish the new man well whoever it is - he is going to have one hell of a challenge and I for one am concerned.

I don't care if Wilder is a 'big name' it's about managerial ability... 'fergie' once wasn't a 'big name!'
The team doesn't look that bad for the large part, but I believe that playing 120mins on Tuesday took it's tool on the Crewe game, it would've been hard enough after playing 90!
