I think we killed that off by taking the Higgs to court.
Oh I thought it was the other way round.
Quick question Grendel, rather than split hairs about someones post, what do you make of what Labovitch said last week and then what was said at the forum tonight and all the inconsistencies between the two?
I'd say its entirely consistent towards trying to achieve their intended aim.

What's the rush ?they've got 5 years they can take as long as they want.

And to think that only hours ago people were thanking Sisu for their clear, honest and transparent statement. How anybody can trust these lowlifes is beyond me.
Morning All
My understanding, rightly or wrongly, that the five years time limit, was from the time that the FA/FL gave the club in exchange for allowing them to play thier games at Sixfields, now it appears that it is a "rolling" five years.
Can anyone clarify????
It was a clear, honest and transparent statement. But to be fair, that statement is unlikely to have come from the top as it was an every day operational decision.

As far as I can tell, basically the FL want to see "progress towards a new ground" every season to be happy with us being away. The only way they'll do anything is if there is absolutely nothing Sisu do that can be classed as progress. The Forum will do that this season, maybe a land purchase though that might be next year. Another year for planning, another for "unexpected construction delays" etc. etc.
The FL have backed themselves into a corner now they have allowed the groundshare to start. What do they do now if they think progress isn't being made? All they can do is tell SISU to move back to Coventry or kick them out of the league. They could spin this out for well beyond 5 years, would the FL have the bottle to do anything at any point?
It was 3 years extendable to 5, but, if there is no stadium built in 5 years time do you really think the football league will grow a backbone at that stage?
Labo has no idea what he is saying, Timmy tells him to jump and he says how high, while Joy throws him a bone or two, to justify his £60,000 Non Executive Salary, I wonder how many ACL Directors are paid?
Only 60k? Grendull tells us he earns twice that for an unskilled job.
