I think this ends with jr one way or the other. If sisu win, it's their game changer. If they loose, I think it's game over. I'm sure there will be plenty of happy people if we go to the wall.
What's the score with appeals? Is it allowed or do we go through the whole JR process again with a slightly different claim from SISU. If appeals are allowed how long can it go on for, is it one appeal and that's it or more open ended.

He was told the amount lost so far, the likely amount of a new stadium, and that the total was unlikely to be recouped. He replied that the numbers 'didn't quite add up' despite agreeing on both.

That's all very well and good. But are either of there eyes too close together or are their temple's too fat. It's a simple enough question and warrants an answer.
I found it funny at the start where he claimed the football financial expert (the one who had just claimed the accounts to be a disaster) shouldn't be listened to as he was only a former PR man and therefore knew nothing about football.
Yet Mark Labovitch is a former PR man himself, so was that an omission he doesn't know what he's doing?

I'd be fucking ecstatic. No more debt. We can finally start rebuilding this club properly.
I'm sure there'll be plenty of happy people when Sisu leave us in £70m of unsustainable debt playing in Nuneaton in front of 5k fans. At least we'll own our own ground.
