How can sisu wiggle out of it, based on ccfc not ccfc holdings. Surely that's the sneakiest loophole going... How can they be judged by anyone as good honest and fit for purpose.
no not just you #old git dont do twatterIs it just me that doesn't understand this tweet speak nonsense?
Any chance of having it translated into English please?
We could now get more than 10 points
Excellent! Great news!
Much better than being deducted 10 points!
Depends how old the records are, for example there is big difference between having transferred the share 6 weeks ago to having transferred the share 24 months ago.The journalist @darrylejoemurphy has tweeted: "BREAKING: Records I've seen show 'Coventry City FC Ltd' (company which has gone into admin) owns its Ft Lge share"
Can't see us avoiding anything less than a 10-point penalty if CCFC Ltd holds the golden share that grants league entry.

Either way if it was with 'Coventry City FC Ltd' at one stage it isn't now!
Sure Southampton had 15 points deducted when they tried a similar stunt. Either way cant see the Football League letting SISU get away with this otherwise its 'game on' for every club up & down the country to do the same
We could now get more than 10 points
I thought this is what people wanted? The company put into administration is the same one that the council wanted to anyway.
Nobody wants that...but some accept it, if it is the price we pay to get rid of SISU. How many times?? Why can't you understand that?
Our friend Grendel is a little slow..
They have'nt even decided on Portsmouth points deduction let alone city's, I would think the football league are meeting to evaluate what they said to SISU before they applied for administration. If as stated the Golden share is in the company that has gone into Administration they would have told SISU that there would be a 10 point deduction. So either SISU accept this or they were told that there would be no points deduction. I think the football league are meeting to see if they can change their rules to prevent anyone else doing it, refer to the Leicester case when they went into administration! the rules were changed but not retrospectivly@skybluelee - football league meeting to decide on points deduction, ACL meeting to discuss if allowing CCFC to play at the Ricoh or not, we're all left to play the waiting game unfortunately.
keep an eye out on here cos there's always someone with better knowledge that can put things into simple terms for the likes of you and me

SISU put us into administration not the council or ACL
I have posted that we could get 15+ points deduction if carried over to next season. The least we will get is 10 points deduction this season.

If people want to take the chance of maybe getting rid of SISU when we go into administration they are idiots.
No, we might not get a points deduction at all.
And the illustrious words spoken by Torchy and Grenduffy.....
SISU won't Liquidate us!!!
