Would have liked Anyon here, would have him over RCC & Burge.
do we know quality of mansfield signings or just assuming they are good?

Who is their chairman?Yeah there doing good business for league two. A mix of experience, winners pace and goals. Strengthening in every department.
Tho I think I've found the reason for there transfer success and it ain't Steve Evans!!
Ps....

Much better than not enough new faces and no wins for the first 2 to 3 months.I'm banking on too many new faces and 2/3 months before they settle

To be fair we've already signed 6, probably waiting to see how many who were offered contracts leave, and re-assess thenwe aint signing anyone else again this summer

Fair enough... my bro is firmly in the Robins out camp, it's over a week since we signed someoneim just joking. no signings = boredom
Glad about Hanson rejecting them. Had enough of him battering our defence for the last 5 years. Would have thought there'd be plenty of L1 teams ready to take him.Mansfield have failed to land James Hanson from Sheffield united after a bid had been accepted, but the player rejected the move.
Issac Vassell has joined Birmingham city from Luton.
Was a labourer and playing for Truro just over 12 months ago.
I am not sure. His presence makes teams a bit one dimensional and once Wells moved on from Bradford they had nobody to run on to his knock downs.Glad about Hanson rejecting them. Agree completely about the impact he has on a team's play. Just think a team like Wimbledon might gamble on him - traditional long ball team but Chelsea have relaid a new pitch there and Neal Ardley has been trying to play passing footy on it but they've had a bad start so might panic and go back to what they know. Or maybe Mowbray will finally realise he needs a plan B!I am not sure.
