Is it respect to put at as the figurehead for this garbage?
I feel like the respectful thing to do would be get Doug’s man in and let him stand on his own two feet.
Promotion
You know, the thing the club has stated is the aim by 2028?
So it was a con then?
Eh ?
If we don't challenge for promotion from this point that's not really an issue in my mind , I want us to sure but finishing mid table won't ruin my life
Id say £45 million spent probably says we should be
'Premier league packages'
'Dream big, Aim High, Play up'
I could carry on
..
The shite run at the end was with Adi as well but some would have you believe him leaving is the issue. We were around the relegation zone at the start of November last year with the constantly mentioned Adi, Lawrence, Kelly and McFadzean...
The days of recruiting matsen Doyle sheaf hamer o hare vik, proper recruitmentCan’t deny it.
It won’t ruin mine either. I’ve been going long enough to know there are ups and downs and it’s 100% worth hanging in there for the ups. I’m not sure Doug will feel like that though. For all we know the failure to get going this season may lie at his door but he’s in charge, he’s at every game to see, feel and hear it all and most importantly, he has his hand on the brakes as far as Mark is concerned. If we don't challenge for promotion from this point that's not really an issue in my mind , I want us to sure but finishing mid table won't ruin my life
He doesn’t look happy. He’s not got his men around him. He’s taking more flak than ever for things that aren’t his decision seemingly.
Is that respectful?
operation premiershipNo different to the commercial advertising throughout the last 20 years.
We are playing undefendable football but the Premier League package never once guaranteed promotion.

This is it. All the expectations and messaging around going for promotion have come from within the club.
Oh ok, so I shouldn’t really care then either way?
I’ll remember that.
This is it. All the expectations and messaging around going for promotion have come from within the club.
Why?
Because the club have sold season tickets on the basis that we’ll be a PL club by 2028

And it's 2024, no?

He’s got the season for me. But I don’t like seeing him like this. He needs a right hand man bringing in asap at the very least. He seems like he’s drowning and by all accounts is in a bad place anyway. Get the man some help or cut him free and get the yes man Doug wants in.Well maybe the fans should rally round the bloke rather than destroy him
Don't get me started on Lynx Africa, Lynx effect my arseThe messaging around that new aftershave I bought said Id be irresistible to women. Can't believe it hasn't happened!
I think you should just support the manager , that's all , if you don't you don't
No of course not but it's been clear that it's the target, which I don't think helps. It comes from all the clubs in this league , fans really believe we are the only team wanting promotion ?
So we’ll go down this year, spend a few seasons in league 1, when can we expect PL football?
I think this is what I'm struggling with. There is nothing I can point to and say, "when that's sorted" or "when he gets back".it's just depressing at the moment. This time last season I saw enough signs that we would improve. I don't see it this season
2 promotions and a cup win.The days of recruiting matsen Doyle sheaf hamer o hare vik, proper recruitment
great times on the pitch
The marketing team aren't going to try and flog tickets with "Well we'll just be glad if we win every now and then".No of course not but it's been clear that it's the target, which I don't think helps.

Robins has my complete and utter respect. I will never downplay his achievements.
However I support the club, not the manager.
I’ve not even called for him to go anyway
And we all remember “instant success” demanded of Peter Reid
