You're correct but I would be very surprised if CCC were taking legal advise and then not relaying it to ACL given that they have a 50% stake in ACL.

We can't seen anything on here that suggests Michael has personally abused or bullied anyone, or defended his right to do so.
So Les Reid has lost the plot.

They've both been very quiet though. As I said during the summer there were more or less daily statements from one or the other.
It certainly didn't stop PWKH who didn't pull any punches. And he has been fairly quiet just lately.
Most of the criticism seemed to me to be proportionate and fair

Notwithstanding the historical innacuraciescouple that with the snide comments about his awards, then suggesting he's along the lines of KGB, followed by Vichy and the likes of Darlan is, errm, low. Doesn't excuse his reaction, but it's not great.
So yes he should grow up, but people should be responsible and think, even in satire, humour, social commentary etc. that such insinuations might just get somebody's back up.
Or it's open season on decieding everybody's out to get us.

Oh incidentally, it's worth remembering that his profession does (don't laugh!) depend on trust after all... so these suggestions he should release transcripts of interviews/ detail off-the-record parts of the interview/discuss what wasn't answered is ludicrous.

Just my opinion, having had abuse and inaccurate claims aimed at me the past, let it go ...... to rise to it only gives the posters oxygen. I would guess there has been more traffic on the KCIC/NOPM and Aprisonofmeasuredtime websites over the last few days than there has been in a while. Not all the posts have been abusive, many raise valid questions that remain unanswered

good idea , but a real interview, the seppela thing reminded of the shoot magazine in the 70's player interviews, favorite food steak and chips, holiday destination majorca, etc.perhaps now would be a good time for les reid to do an interview with bob ainsworth so he can hear the over side of the coin. thats assuming that les reid is impartial and wants to prove that he is.
