I've noticed over the past few games that's there's lots of noise and enthusiasm at the start of the game...then the energy just dissolves as the game goes on, and completely goes if they score. And it's when they score that we should get behind them most! So let's do itr..let's keep the songs going...look at Palace...great support and great results to get them out of trouble. They went on singing even when they were losing! So c'mon guys let's raise the roof...we are the twelfth man, so let's raise our scarves when the team appears as well as raising the roof. Could be a lot of fun tomorrow!
Fook me it will cost £10000s to raise the roof and we don’t even own the gaff!
Best bet is to sing loud and proud but as it’s 20 odd hours away we wouldn’t get the builders in by then.
Good idea I think.
We are very 'sing when we're winning'. It's been so long since we've had success that we naturally have a very anxious/nervous fan base. Stevenage was a prime example. 2-0 up after 6 minutes and when they grabbed one back you could hear a pin drop til Kelly restored the 2 goal lead and then it was party time again. It will get better but only as we become more accustomed with success.
