Not sure this has been posted before, but looks like our allocation at Sunderland could be capped at 1500 - Portsmouth and Coventry fans face ticket restrictions for Sunderland games
They gave it the billy big bollocks before they came to the Ricoh with massive threats about smashing the memorial garden and JH a statue and got a hiding.
Roll on 6 months later the old school SBA turned up at their gaff then kicked the shit out of their well hard fat ignorant so called fans and they were left crying like lesbians as it didn’t go their way. 100 SBA would still put them in their arse.

Not suggesting anyone does this. But surely this heightens the chances of serious disorder as many CCFC will go into the home end?
Could they not move the location of the away fans or just employ more police?
Think they will mate-most of the supporters clubs especially the LWCCFC are at the front of the queue even ahead of season ticket holders.I think those adamant over 'away games only' may not be going to that many after all.

I still disagree. If it is advertised as season ticket priority that is what it should be. While I commend sponsorship etc it has other advantages such as business promotion and im sure various hospitality perks also. Away games should not be considered as part of this in my opinion. All that happens is sponsors cant be arsed to go so give their tickets to mates who go to zero home games, putting zero income in to the club and then get priority over those going to every game.Trust me we are mate. So I think there has to be some perspective regarding individuals who are paying £250 odd pounds for the season for a season ticket and a group who will probably be investing in excess of maybe £15,000 to the club. Now if I’m Mr Boddy or Mr Scope I would be more than going out of my way to keep these people happy and of course the season ticket holders who have invested as individuals.

What happens when there are only 400 away tickets available and a fans’ group has 100 members? Are you suggesting those members get priority over the season ticket holders? Because if so that’s wrong, or at least should be common knowledge.
If a group spends £x on sponsorship etc, how much does that cost each member of the group? Do shirt sponsors get priority? Who else does? Should be clear to everyone so they know what their money gets them. IMHO.
Sponsors would be with the likes of Fisher in the main stand, all clubs have to provide that facility for visiting teams. It shouldn't come out of the general allocation, especially when in this division that can be very limited.Put simply, those who put most money in get more stuff. Do you think as a season ticket holder you get the same priority as some who pumps in 5 or 10 times as much to the club ?

Most City fans were themselves disgusted at the behaviour of small minded & a small number of fans that disgrace the good eggs amongst us. They just want to support the team on matchdays.
