Vandals have been targeting traffic cameras in Washington, US.
The footage here clearly shows a car pull up, someone get out the passenger seat, smash the traffic camera and then get back in the car and the car drive off.
The Beeb then go on to say 'police believe these could be the people responsible.'
Could be? Ha, ha! Clear as day these ARE the people. What's with the they 'could be?'
