What fcukin career ? I've seen polio ridden , caliper wearing semi pros show more hunger than that excuse for a striker ! nice fella though .

In fairness the club by giving him a contract previously CCFC have done far more for him than he had for the club. Before any chimp says he has not been given a chance etc , he has every chance to make the first team in training and performance , too old and injury prone like a few others for this league presently milking the club

Come on Bob, that's a bit OTT, whenever ive seen him he puts a decent shift in, whether he has enough quality is the question, you can't question his effort imo

He's hardly been injured has he? Mowbray seemed to think he wasn't milking anything? He made it clear he would be on the bench a lot and tudgay said he wanted to help the club however he could.

I actually rate Tudgay. He will never get 20 goals per season but he has a footballing brain. I would certainly have him in the match day squad ahead of Fortune.

From what I have read in the past, I think Mowbray likes to have him around the place, no doubt he is a good influence on the younger players.

i reckon he was given a further year last summer before Armstrong and co became available, once they were, he was always going to slip down the pecking order.

i imagine he will leave in the summer, and I for one will wish him the best of luck.

Wasn't he Pressely's marquee signing?

NB that is a criticism of SP's judgement not a cheap shot at Marcus Tudgay, he is what he is, currently only good enough to be a squad player in a L1 club.

Tudgay's goal per minute record in 2016 is actually pretty good.

Such an underrated striker.

He's poor and resigning him was a mistake. We'd have been far better spending the wages elsewhere.

No one doubts his application and desire but he's not added anything all season.
Oh and before anyone starts he received dogs abuse on here from certain posters last season.

A decent squad player who has not had a fair shake due to TM's obsession with Fortune.

If we were talking about Kevin Phillips I would agree but we are not I am afraid. If he leaves in the summer who would have him .... Portsmouth ? I do not envisage or entertain TM has favourites .......

Bob Latchford knows nowt about footy or prediction leagues Nick not sure how his better one he was going to set up is going
that topic has gone very quiet.

Whenever Tudguy has been given the chance he has been very good this season, our best player in first half by country mile against Southend which is why their giant lump smashed him in base of spine with his knee - suspect he's injured still from that.

Tm has got most things right but not this one if he had played him more we would be better off in the league have no doubt
about that.....having said that if we are not going to use him on his wages no point retaining him at end of this season. I wish him luck!

He's a good professional and always speaks with sense and calmness. Well past his best now on the pitch and not good enough for this level, sort of like Platt when we had him in the championship.

Best player on the pitch first half against Southend and man of the match against Burton early on in the season.

Not saying he's going to set the league alight, but he does a job when required

and that pusb is the point how much game time has he actually had this year - when I have seen him.

Came on for 10 mins away at Millwall and set JOB up with a beautifully cushioned 1-2
vs Burton away - scored goal and lead line very well and we beat Burton on their own patch!!
Southend away - best player by mile second half.

Don't think he has had that many more chances this season tbh so imo he has constantly delivered
this year and given his wages chronically underused.

Seriously fella , give your coconut a wobble ffs ! he's a striker ... how many goals has he scored per ratio of games eh ? I couldn't give a Donkeys testicle if he's sets up this , that or the other . he's paid to score goals - he doesn't ! just another ageing has been . using up wages we can ill afford to waste. this train of thought , ah yes, he's trying is why we're where we are today ! time to get ruthless ! if , we have any ambition of reaching the higher leagues !

You can tell when he plays he is a very clever footballer, knows his limitations and plays to his strengths well. Holds the ball up well, rarely concedes possession and good in the air for someone below 6'0". Would also have him in the squad over Fortune. Model pro and a good asset to this team.

Eloquence was never in your vocabulary was it. Tosser.

Have you never seen the polio riddled caliper wearing semi pro league? It was big stuff at the turn of the last century, just after the first world war? Every time a player scored they would run over and slap a women for acting hysterical and she would instantly fall in love with them.
