Anyone ever arranged for their nipper to be a mascot in the past? Looking to try arrange it for my lad.*

many moons ago i knew a lad through work and he rang the club to ask the club how to apply and too his surprise the reply came "can you get to vile park on Saturday" the answer off course was yes and his son walked out at the vile as a mascot. we famously won the game too. i had to sit in the deadly doug stand as i left it late getting tickets and when the last goal went in i think the only people left in the stand were SBA. happy days.

Did it with my lad a couple of years ago. Emailed the club and they came back saying name on the list and would contact when name came up. Couple of months later got a call saying new kit launch and they wanted 11 mascots. It was free with 2 free adult tickets as well on the condition that you had the bought the new kit for the child. Got there around lunchtime, tour of the ground, dressing rooms, press suite etc. Met the players for 15 mins or so when they were arriving and got autographs and then stood at the side of the tunnel as they walked out with the players. It was really well done by the club (not a phrase I am saying often lately !) and they made a big fuss of all the kids - my lad still mentions it.

As above did it with my lad about 3 years ago.
Absolutely fantastic day where nothing was too much trouble.
As I remember we just phoned and we're placed on a list.
Players were great as was Andy Thorn who took them into his office.
Whole day was a credit to the club.
Mind yoy that was at the ricoh !!!

My daughter was the mascot years ago v sheff wed think it was the last game dublin played for us.. i just wrote to the club

Sheffield Utd this season, my daughter was mascot. It was an amazing day for her. Every single one of the players and management staff were fantastic, Lee Burge let her score a goal past him during the warm down, she had a kick about with Sky Blue Sam and Leon Clarke and Pressley was fantastic with her. We got great complimentary seats with VIP access to everything. I'll PM you the email address.
