Good. No sign of Haji Wright still though

Yeah a part of his game he will need to develop moving forward. Thought Seriki did a good job against himI’ll start by saying he still starts at LW for me, and he’s still one of our potential match winners. So I’m not dismissing him/writing him off or any other OTT thing I could be accused of.
However, when he’s against a RB who he doesn’t have the beating of pace wise, it absolutely mentally impacts him and he looks as though he doesn’t fancy it.
It was noticeable against Stoke and tonight.
He hasn't got quick feet. Sometimes he looks like he has good body strength - but not against good opposition. Not writing him off but he has a lot to improve on if we are talking a top 6 team Championship player.I’ll start by saying he still starts at LW for me, and he’s still one of our potential match winners. We're 5th?He hasn't got quick feet. Sometimes he looks like he has good body strength - but not against good opposition. Not writing him off but he has a lot to improve on if we are talking a top 6 team Championship player.
We're 5th?
So where should the team be with EMC in it ? 8th,9th ?The team is 5th the player isn't on quality
He rarely goes past a player, always slows the game down when he gets it. The only time I can remember him actually "cooking" a defender was his for his assist against Hull.He hasn't got quick feet. Wright left wing, Simms up frontHe was utter shite tonight...there I've said it

Agree, this should've happened at HTWright left wing, Simms up front
Who ever plays up front left side we need someone to protect our left back if it’s Bidwell or Dasilva teams target our left hand side .You could see from the off their right back was technically very poor but EMC just didn't get at him at all. Lost control of the ball3 or 4 times and fouled EMC 3 or 4 times in the first 15 mins. Disappointing performance but he'll be better.
Maybe try Haji left and Simms up top again v Burnley.
Can't work out of this is deep sarcasm or not as stats wise he has scored 3 in 3?He's not really got going properly again after his injury
Mason-Clark?Can't work out of this is deep sarcasm or not as stats wise he has scored 3 in 3?
My error I thought @fernandopartridge was referring to HadjiMason-Clark?
It's an appreciation thread tbfWeird to comment on EMC's performances this season on an EMC titled thread?
Don't think so but each to their own.
The timing and execution of his passes to Bidwell was bad every single time. He had a really poor game.Thought against Sheff U he was marked really tightly early on and his marker seemed to get the better of him. Was partially at fault for the second goal (which killed us off).
In the second half, he was getting acres of space and should have picked out better crosses. Bidders was a bit slow on some good balls EMC put down the line.
