Hi guys

Anyone got one? I am trying to get my first ticket online for tomorrow. Gives me the option to select my seat at a cost of £0 but then asks for card details for payment and won’t let me proceed without entering. Assume you just fill out your card details but it doesn’t charge? Any help appreciated.

Yes just fill it out you won't be charged. I have one, think it's just a verification thing

You use a credit from your package. You should then be able to print off your ticket/confirmation.
