I get the point but being Pedantic - We won 5/6 of those specific gamesExactly the sort of teams we couldn't finish off last year.
Yea I get we beat those specific teams but those lower teams scrapping was where we struggled, if he scores goals against them then happy days.I get the point but being Pedantic - We won 5/6 of those specific games
I'm sure people were calling for him to be signed last summer.
Yeah - said I was being Pendantic - the Wimbledon and Gillingham games stick out.Yea I get we beat those specific teams but those lower teams scrapping was where we struggled, if he scores goals against them then happy days.
Me too. Thought he was no bigger than 5'9" . Looks to have decent build.Seems very mobile good movement & clinical for some reason I thought he was small should be ok playing up front alone
One of those "Peterborough always make these good lower league signings, why can't we?"Yeah when he was at Stevenage still.
We also won a lot of those games by a single goal, Plymouth at home a Baka pen. WE should have been out of sight on Saturday against Southend too. Hopefully he's the sort of player that can put these games to bed before the last 10 minutes.Yeah - said I was being Pendantic - the Wimbledon and Gillingham games stick out.
He’s a pacy target man. What type of player is he? Seen both pacey and target man mentioned...
Exactly what we needHe’s a pacy target man.
Doesn’t look it to me taller seems quicker hard to tell off the short videos but seems clinical with very good movementHe like a mcgoldrick type player would you say?

Yes similar to Sparky but tallerLooks closer to McNulty to me, McGoldrick had a bit of everything
Can’t wait to hammer him when he doesn’t score on SaturdayGreat goalscoring record, he better score in the first minute of his debut otherwise I will be disappointed.

We have enough untried/young/development players. Experience to get us 20 goals this season please.Out of interest, would people have preferred Walker (younger, unproven at this level) or Godden (at the peak of his potential).
Yeah, he looks perfect for usDon’t understand the apprehension, we need a striker, we also need experience he is both, scored 18 last season. Think some on here need to realise the market we can shop in, we can’t afford to buy from the championship so to get one of the better division one strikers has to be good surely and 28 is no age. As for the rumoured £500k price tag we’ll its half of the Chaplin fee to me it’s good business.
