My mate told me, Biamou is or was living (renting) in a pretty modest house in Wyken

Another idiot that can’t figure out when the guy is a drain on the club , he won’t even play for Cov and he is nearly 30
I think you might be happier on the Facebook forumHaha that has gone right over head , you must be either thick or 12
Two different camps on this one:
Grendel/BackRoomRummermill throwing keyboard insults both at a player who was key to our success in the final third of our promotion season and anyone else who dares to defend Max.
In the other camp, Mark Robins ex Manchester United forward who as I understand it is probably better placed to judge Max's value. And the rest of us who are keen to see how Max will step up into a 4-3-3 and at a higher level.
I'm happy to be in the second camp and refuse to write off one of our players who is coming back from a bad injury. Some disgraceful comments on here from some of the usual suspects.
As max was walking down the tunnel towards the pitch he could here the crowd shouting Max, Max we want Max.
When he got onto the pitch it was raining!
The old ones are always the best!
Or the third camp where we had to buy cheap took a chance for L2 , we will see how much Robins rates him if he plays or loans him out
Unproven player in L1 , like I say let him show you all how good he is and if he is a overhead .
Some people were stupidly unkind calling McNulty mc wanky etc . I have said from day one he is shite but never been that unkind .
Haha
'I've insulted him in many different ways but at least I haven't made a nickname for him'
Yes I realise I did so for one certain former player
When all is said and done, we wouldn't have got promoted back to league 1 without his 7 or so goals in the last 10 games

You keep saying 'let's see what he can do', but started all this by calling him a leech who should be offloaded. Which is it?
Personally I rate him. It took him a while to adjust. He grew into that season and scored some very important goals for us. I remember that game away at Newport. We'd were doing nothing, looked for all the world like we'd come away with nothing. He came on a changed the game, scored a very tidy goal. That point was vital.
I think he can be a useful player at this level. He won't start, but will be useful to have on the bench, especially when we're chasing the game late on. Gives us a different option.
Let's give him a chance.

Until you called him a leech.
He is Coventry’s Eddie the Eagle
But as has already been pointed out, it isn’t so much the opinion — rather the way it was expressed. So bringing the thread back up won’t change that, even if he’s the worst player in England.I totally agree hence in at least 3 posts I have said let’s see how it goes now if you read back you would have seen what I said , he deserves a chance to prove himself
I hope all those who have decided that he is the next messiah do not berate like Burge , like McNulty et al , When he is shown to be a dead weight , I will happily bring this thread back up
Yep, that about sums this place up!Now I remember why I stopped looking at this forum........
Moan, whinge, troll, slag-off, whinge, moan, troll, whinge, slag-off multiply by 5 pages. Just takes one person to lite the sky blue touchpaper.
However, everyone is entitled to their opinion however wrong they might be.

So are most of the squad.
Really?! That does surprise me. Ive had mates play for Bognor Regis and Chichester before on £400 a game.600 quid a week he was on in L2. He'll still be on less than £1k

Genuinely dont think a pro footballer at Cov would be on £600 a week. Not saying he was on £2k but £600 seems ridiculously low.

Not saying I dont believe you but do we have proof? Genuinely staggered by that if true. I wasnt expecting him or others to be on 'lots' but I would've thought all of the first team would've been on at least £1k a week...maybe except the youngsters who've come through the academy. His first year without bonuses would have been sub £1,000 for sure

Eddie max the eagle is the next Messi
Genuinely dont know, hence the question/surprise.Isn’t average wage in this division about £52k/year? So some will be over and some under. I doubt it’s a minimum.
