I booked a hotel at Wembley for the Checkatrade final we didn't make it to, the wife sold the room on eBay a week before at double the cost.

I spoke to a bloke at Brighton, who told me he books hotels for all of the finals before the season starts, and cancels the room as and when we are eliminated from the relevant competition
