They are a total farce team goes up spends virtually nothing then gets relegated and gets a shed full of cash to spend to get back up and do the same again. Burnley are an example of this as soon as they got promoted they started talking about doing up the ground my Sky subs are not for that they are to spend on players to watch as I can't go and watch my own team live!
